- Thyroid diseases, the pituitary gland (Hypophysis), Parathyroid, bone diseases (such as osteoporosis), gonads (testicles and ovaries), adrenals (Adrenals), lipid metabolism disorders
- Diabetes specialist, founder and director of many diabetes centers throughout the country
- Promotes modern efficient methods for treatment of diabetes, including insulin pumps
- In 2007 he wrote a chapter named “Diabetes”, for a textbook for doctors, on inpatient diabetes control methods and emergency situations.
- Lecturer and instructor of doctors in Israel and abroad. Organizes many professional training courses for doctors on diabetes
- Graduate of the Endocrine Institute of Beilinson Hospital – where he completed his residency in endocrinology
- Since , he has served as director of diabetes for the “Meuhedet” Medical Fund’s Samaria Region, and is the “Maccabi” Medical Fund’s Director of Diabetes Institutes in Petah Tikva and Hadera. He is a senior physician at the Endocrine Institute, Tel Hashomer Hospital

Philosophy:
“Diabetes is not a fatal disease. Patients can live with it without reducing their quality of life, without complications, and without a reduction in life expectancy. In some cases, contrary to popular notions, the illness can be cured and the patient is released from having to take oral medications and may even no longer require insulin injections.”
